Therapy & Counselling in Vancouver

Feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected? You don't have to carry it alone.

I'm Brandon — a registered clinical counsellor offering warm, in-person and online therapy in Vancouver for adults and couples. Together we'll make sense of what's weighing on you and find your way back to feeling like yourself.

No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to see if we're a good fit.

You're not alone in this

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or low mood — stuck in patterns that leave you feeling empty or isolated?

Maybe you're losing hope that things can feel different, or you're carrying something from your past that still shapes your days. More than ever, people feel uncertain about their place in life.

I believe you can heal from what's behind you and move toward the future with hope. We start by understanding your story, set goals together, and gently work through what's keeping you stuck — so you can reconnect with your strength, your calm, and the people you love.

Take the first step
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

Brandon Bate, Registered Clinical Counsellor, on a forest path

Meet your therapist

Hi, I'm Brandon Bate

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver. My approach is relational and trauma-informed — I take time to truly understand you, and we build the work together rather than me handing you a one-size-fits-all plan.

People tell me they feel genuinely heard in our sessions. My hope is that therapy becomes a steady, safe place where you can slow down, make sense of things, and find real movement toward the life you want.
