Hi, I'm Brandon Bate
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver. My approach is relational and trauma-informed — I take time to truly understand you, and we build the work together rather than me handing you a one-size-fits-all plan.

Your first session
We talk through what's bringing you to therapy and make sure it feels like the right fit for where you are.
Ongoing therapy
We set goals and meet weekly or bi-weekly — typically 50-minute sessions — checking in regularly on your progress.
