Hi, I’m Brandon , a licensed counselor and psychotherapist in Vancouver. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and specialize in trauma recovery. I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with chronic anxiety—I spent years spinning out with worry and even experienced debilitating panic attacks. After becoming a therapist I worked with countless patients who suffered the same symptoms of overthinking, catastrophizing, and dread. That’s what led to me getting the specialized training I needed to treat anxiety at its root. I now treat anxious patients from all ages and backgrounds in Vancouver and abroad, helping them find freedom and peace of mind again.
